During Butlins' Holiday Worlds era, the heated indoor swimming pool in the Regency building was refurbished. The name of the swimming pool was changed to Sunsplash until its closure in 1998. From 1999 until 2023, it remained unchanged, with only the flumes being removed from the pool. In 2023, the internals were demolished to make way for the new Butlin's playxperience. Known as the Blue camp, the chalets would be to the east side of the camp. With the changes to the camp, they were renamed to Beechwood in the Butlin's Holiday Worlds era. As part of the redevelopment into Beechcomber village, the Beechwood name was extended to include some of the yellow camps locations. In 1999, the blue camp was divided into multiple sections. This area also includes the Nursery building.
The chalet village formerly known as the Red Camp was renamed to Redwood. In 1999, the village was divided into two sections, Surfers Point and Sunset Wharf. Furthermore, Sunset was demolished and replaced with West Lake Chalet Village.
Known as the Green camp, the chalets would be to the east side of the camp. With the changes to the camp, they were renamed to Greenacres in the Butlin's Holiday Worlds era. When the big chances come in 1999, Greenacres would be renamed to Lagoon Bay. However, it would be renamed once more to the current name, Holnicote Village.
Known as the Flalets, these chalets would be added at a later time in the history of Butlins Minehead. The Flatlets would later be renamed to the three above during the Holiday Worlds era.. When the big chances came in 1999, Brendon Court would become staff accommodation, and Quantock and Mendips would see big changes.
